The only thing I would have liked to see improved (and I had the same issue with another realtor), was the occasional lack of immediate follow-up/feedback after showings. He kept in contact with us to let us know what was going on. When showing us houses, he was always honest and kept in mind what we were looking for. I want to let you know how much I appreciate ALL that you did for my brothers and me. You skillfully guided us in how to best prepare my parents? old home for sale. From the moment I first called Klein Realty and you answered, you showed yourself to be a kind, hard-working servant. You were also always very warm and professional. As I look back, I believe I first called Klein Realty late on a Friday afternoon and you were still in the office. You agreed to meet us either that very evening or the next day. Either way, you were Johnnie on the Spot for us. Your availability to us helped to get the long process started toward a sale. Thank you for answering my phone calls and emails promptly over the many months that followed. I know that you have a busy schedule. Yet you always promptly provided the answers to my questions and all the help that I needed when I needed it. Thank you for following up with the people who accidentally broke a window at the house and who also did not clean the gutters even though they were paid to do so. It was not an easy job to get them to come back and rectify those outstanding issues, but you persisted in pursuing them. Eventually the window was replaced and the gutters were cleaned. That would not have happened if you had not gotten involved. Many, many thanks, Tyler. I felt helpless in solving the problems because I live in Pittsburgh and because Bob (not his real name) would not answer my texts or phone calls. In a very real sense, you came to my rescue. Thank you for recommending reliable plumbers to me when a major old pipe fractured in the house. You led me to the best of the best. The broken pipe and flood occurred on a Thursday afternoon. I only had Friday to find and fix the pipe before returning to Pittsburgh. Wabash Plumbing was there the very next morning before 8 oclock and stayed all day until everything was fixed. They even fixed a problem with water pressure that had plagued my family the whole time we had lived there. Thank you for the painter you recommended to me. He did an excellent job also and did not raise his quoted price even though he got into a lot more work than he initially thought he would. He was a gentleman. I believe it was you who also recommended a company to repair my parents? roof. It worked out so well. They offered to patch the roof in exchange for my dads old truck! I was thrilled, for we needed and wanted to sell it. We were able to kill the proverbial two birds with one stone. Even though I was not present for most of your conversations with my brother, I suspect that you hung in there through some difficult conversations while remaining professional and courteous. Thank you for that, Tyler. You are an honorable man. I would recommend you to anyone in need of a realtor. You went out of your way to help us prepare my parents home for sale. You are trustworthy, knowledgeable, dependable, honest, thoughtful, kind, strong and wise beyond your years.
