In a competitive market, K was zealous in communicating with the selling agent, figuring out what was needed to seal the deal, and delivering. I got a great deal, and K handled escrow wonderfully, coordinating inspection, appraisal, walk through, negotiations, etc. Hes a great communicator and very responsive, which is important. Tyler immediately helped us feel more comfortable by educating us about the process and answering our questions. Always honest and transparent, we quickly came to trust Tyler?s opinion and advice. Always professional and courteous, Tyler promptly responded to our emails, calls, and texts. When viewing potential homes, he would point out features (positive and negative) for us to consider, helping us to narrow down our focus. When we found the house we wanted to purchase, we needed to quickly pull together an offer since Tyler discovered another offer was being made. Being organized as he was, Tyler helped us assemble and present our offer within a few hours. Just as quickly, he helped us with a ?best and final offer,? which was accepted. He guided us through escrow, providing recommendations for home inspectors and requests for repairs.
