Tyler Monsen

Tyler had goals of becoming a Professional Golfer at the tender age of 4 when he was first introduced to the game by his father. He went on to be a High School All-American and played 2 years in college before turning professional in 2002. His tour stops and travels as a professional took him to the Japan PGA Tour, NGA Tour, The Gateway Tour and 2 attempts at PGA Tour Qualifying.
Tyler's a sports junky! When he's not advising home owners you'll find him on a baseball diamond somewhere in the valley as he loves spending time coaching his 11U Majors Ironbirds club baseball team or watching his 3 boys play baseball, soccer or run cross country.
His family consists of his wife Donette of 20 years, who also serves as the teams Transaction Manager. Together they have 4 children, Cole, Brady, Max and their little princess Reese.
He was first introduced to real estate in 2005 when he went to work for Pulte Homes in Arizona. He went on to sell more than $35,000,000 in just over two years. In 2019 his team has surpassed the 30M mark in total sales with more than 100+ homes sold YTD. His team has lofty goals to reach 300+ homes in 2020.
Tyler is the Team Lead and the creator of the TM Realty Group, which is a registered team with the ADRE and under the brokerage Balboa Realty, LLC. He specializes in the acquisition and disposition of Residential Homes, Re-Sale and New Construction, Multi-Family, Commercial Properties along with Property Management for his clients while leading the TM Realty Group brand.
His professional experiences also consists of Director of Sales for vLender.com, Manager for the University of Phoenix, Sales Executive for Infusionsoft, and served as the President for the Queen Creek Little League.

Tyler has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and is finishing his Master Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. He's most passionate about helping others succeed, as he believes in people and their dreams.
