Tyler was representing the bank when I purchased my home through a foreclosure. He was communicative, honest, and when I needed to know if the furnaces were still active, he had an HVAC company sent out immediately to confirm they were in working order. This was one of many questions I had throughout the buying process (as this was my first home), and I was comforted knowing Tyler was available to answer questions, give updates, and would answer his phone if I called. Tyler has great integrity and a sincere interest in helping his clients. I would recommend him.

I love Tyler! He has helped me purchase two homes (and sell one of them) and each process was extremely smooth and easier than I thought it would be. He took care of me as a first time home buyer and even now, after being in my home for almost 3 years, I can still email him and get immediate answers. My dad was a ReMax Realtor in WI and found Tyler thru an online search. He looked for the best of the best, and he found it. He and Tyler worked together for both of my home purchases and after my dad unexpectedly passed away in July of 2013, Tyler made sure to let me know he'd be available for anything I needed regarding Real Estate from there on out. Since then, he has kept his word and has been available for any and all of my questions. I now consider Tyler a friend and am so thankful he is the Realtor my dad found for me. I have and would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone I know who is looking to purchase a home. Tyler is the best!

Tyler was enjoyable to work with in the purchase of our new house. He is very knowledgeable of houses in the area and their values. Tyler was not pushy and also not afraid to tell us when the house was not worth the price. He was very patient with us during our search and purchase.
