ZillowVERIFIED Tyler Gruzs started off great but ended up concerned about the bag! He has a lot of very good traits, respectable, hard working, does good at picking a house for you and on top of things. But as soon as you get close to settlement and he sees that dollar sign he starts to just push things through and gets sloppy. I was supposed to get a home warranty and that never came to fruition, we were supposed to do a walk through before the sale but because he lost sight of looking out for the buyer and only concerned with the sale we the buyers lost out on a few things.
