Hes always been super responsive... always getting back to me usually within the hour if I had to leave a message. On the last home we purchased, after the sale, he helped make sure a problem was corrected at no additional charge to us after the contractor who made the aEURoerepairaEUR? didnt actually fix the problem. He really went above and beyond what I thought a reasonable person would do in the situation. Cant recommend him enough!!!

Review Prior to placing my home on the market For Sale, I was determined to find the best Realtor to match my particular expectations; hard working, clear concise communicator, professional yet easy going personality, a true advocate for me. As a career military officer which expects certain levels of performance in myself and others, I was skeptical I would find the right Realtor. In the area of Knox County I found two Realtors that appeared to meet these criteria, and both were ranked in the Top 10. However, once I met with Mr. Tyler Fogarty I was fairly certain I found the right person for the job. I was right! Tyler and I met at my home which was going on the market and went over a few details regarding actions I must do, should do, could do, in order to have the most success and maximize the return on my investment - get the best price. I gladly accepted his advise. In return, I asked a dozen qualification and background questions which when answered, gave me the confidence to ask Tyler to be my Realtor and represent me for the sale of my home. This was by far the best choice and most important decision I made with regard to the process of selling my home. From the planting of the For Sale sign-post, to the Closing with Tyler present for support, a period of two months quickly passed by. Review After months of being picky as a first-time buyer, I fell in love with a house in my top neighborhood and Tyler got me a great deal. When the inspections showed cracks in the foundation, Tyler and Joe bent over backwards meeting with half a dozen inspectors, engineers, and contractors. Finally, after a month of back and forth, Joe convinced me that foundation issues were a bigger problem than I wanted to get into, and I walked away from the deal, at the forfeit of his and Tylers time and fees. I was heartbroken to lose the house, but grateful that he and Tyler were looking out for me as a new buyer and making sure that I knew exactly what I was getting before I closed. Within a couple of days, they set right back to work on finding me a better fit in the same area. Tyler and Joe are professional, responsive, and passionate about the Knoxville community. Initially, Tyler made some suggestions to us to help with the marketing of our home, some of which we were reluctant to comply with. However, after already having our home listed (with another realtor) for 10 months without an offer, we had become somewhat desperate. Therefore, we decided to comply with everything Tyler recommended to make our home more presentable/marketable. Looking back, we are so glad we did, as his advice and diligent efforts to bring us a buyer quickly paid off. In fact, we had a contract within 10 days after listing with Tyler, and have now closed on that home. We have never second-guessed our decision to list our home with Tyler, we only wish we had done so sooner. Review Tyler was our Agent when we sold our home a few years ago and the experience was beyond excellent so when my folks decided to relocate back to our area referring them to Tyler was a given. My parents presented Tyler with a challenge in that they had some fairly specific needs but were open to anywhere within an hour and a half radius of Knoxville. This resulted in showings that were widely spread out and challenging to find based on their tight specifications. They were selling their home in South Carolina that they thought would be their last home purchase so Tyler was tasked with finding something that literally checked every box they had (or close to it) and would be the LAST time they had to buy a home...definitely a tall order!Tyler was patient with my parents during the process as their "wants" developed and evolved as they were shown various properties and was very understanding and appreciative of the fact that this process was difficult and important for them. Tyler never rushed them to make a decision, never pressured them on any properties even after a large number of showings and always...always kept their best interests in mind.Sparing the details when it came time for negotiations things got drawn out and Tyler was a literal savior during this time working with my folks thru every step, continuously defending and pushing for their needs/wants during negotiations and navigated some difficult waters with grace and ultimately closed a deal that was about as perfect as you can get for my folks given the circumstances.Tyler is honest, hard working, cares for his clients and is my hands down go to referral anytime someone needs help.
