After finishing school at Ohio State and becoming licensed in 2012 - Tyler Eberhart has had a thirst for all things Real Estate and operated in many roles. He got his start in the resale market in Ohio in 2012, before moving to Colorado in 2014 and worked in new construction sales where he grew to become the top producer multiple years running. He then traveled with the parent company for a year to work with other builders before deciding to part ways and pursue his dream of entrepreneurship by starting his own brokerage, Springs Realty. The brokerage produced triple digit sales in year one and they even started a property managment company before deciding to move the sales team over to eXp for some additional support. In 2024, Tyler decided to simplify his life and pursue his passion of helping buyers and sellers versus management and began operating as a broker / owner in the space as an owner operator while expanding into other markets to learn more about Colorado.
