My general marketing plan for each listing is customized to the unique attributes of each home and has shown a consistent success rate for attracting the right buyers. I've found that much of the information on the internet is either inaccurate or incomplete. That is why I developed a packet of general information and common questions that every buyer should consider before starting a home search.
