ZillowVERIFIED Cote Tyler is an amazing Real Estate Agent! His knowledge of the current market trends is outstanding along with being accommodating and straightforward whenever we had questions. He would respond quickly if we sent him a text message or called him. His expertise made the purchase of our new home happen and his in-depth connections in the industry led to us selling my mother-in Laws home in one day! Once we had our P & S agreement, He helped steer us through the closing of our new home in under 30 days. He is experienced and professional in every aspect of the real estate business. Top-notch customer service! I could go on and on! I would highly recommend Tyler.

ZillowVERIFIED Tyler had the patience and skill to guide us through the process of buying our first home. With his expertise, we were able to have our very first offer accepted on a house that we loved, in an extremely competitive and intimidating market. He made himself available to answer any questions we had at any time, and took the time to explain things thoroughly. We hope to work with him again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time home buyer, I had no idea what to expect. When I needed a new agent to continue the house hunt, Tyler stepped in and made a big impact in the process. Not only did he showed me great potential investment properties, but he gave his own critiques and advice for each house we saw. He is professional, responsive and reliable during this process. He?s very knowledgeable about homes inside and out. I?m grateful he was my agent that walked me through the entire process. I?m looking forward to working with him in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Tyler was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and over all a pleasure to work with. Good advice on the opening offer, plenty of follow-up, and recommended a roofer who has been good so far. The whole process was much quicker and easier than I expected.

ZillowVERIFIED I don?t really know how to express how grateful I am with the service this guy provided to me. Tyler is great, he knows what he does, and the best of all he is not a sale person. Tyler won?t make you buy a property just to sell and get money to his pocket, he cares about his clients and he will help you find what you really want. I told Tyler what I wanted from the beginning, and to be honest, I was a little desperate about buying my first property and I sent Tyler many different houses including houses that I did not like. However, I thank Tyler for focusing mostly on that Family Friendly house I always wanted and I thank him even more for helping me to find and buy my dream house. You really made one of my dream come true. For me, you are the best realtor in the word and I will always recommend your service to others. Keep doing a great job and thank you. God bless you and your family for life!

ZillowVERIFIED The home buying experience with Tyler was top-notch. We were completely remote throughout our home buying purchase and Tyler was incredibly accommodating, incredibly thoughtful, and helpful. He helped us from having no idea where/what we were going to buy to landing a great house in an extremely competitive market.

ZillowVERIFIED We are so grateful to Tyler for helping us find our first home! Tyler is the best, and we honestly couldnt have done it without him. He explained each and every step to us, patiently helped us figure out the Providence housing market, and showed us around town just about every weekend for a few weeks during our house hunt (since we were moving from Boston). Not only that, he was always available via phone, text, or email. I was nervous to be working with someone I didnt know in a city I didnt know (not to mention that we were all masked for most of our interactions due to Covid!), but Tyler was so personable and thoughtful that we got to know him really easily. He clearly cared about us and our comfort, and we felt very taken care of. Great guy! Great professional! Plus, he saved us money with his expert building of the offer on our home.

ZillowVERIFIED We found Tyler on a random Zillow search and he called within ten minutes to set up a showing and thus began the beginning of our home search. He was so patient while we narrowed down our must-haves and deal-breakers and my hypothetical ?what ifs? and ?what are the odds? questions. In this market, beggars certainly can?t be choosers but even though we don?t have the best financial situation, we found our home! He also knows just about everyone in the business and as first time homebuyers we had no idea what we were doing so we relied on Tyler for recommendations from start to finished and he delivered! We found our mortgage broker, movers, and even cleaning service through him. Thanks so much Tyler!!

ZillowVERIFIED Tyler made our first home buying experience extremely pleasant. We bought a three family home and experienced a couple of glitches along the way (delayed closing, etc.) that Tyler helped to work through seamlessly and with as little stress as possible. Even post-closing he as been present and willing to give guidance on all of our questions as new homeowners. Tyler is very responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. He also recommended great lawyers/mortgage lenders which made the entire process smooth and easy. I would recommend working with Tyler to all my friends and family and look forward to working with him again in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED Tyler is awesome. After having things not work out with multiple previous agents - lacking knowledge/skills/expertise essential to real estate investing - Tyler was everything other agents were missing. Attentive, attention to detail, and caring about his customer - he made our deal get done despite a few bumps along the road that were caused by outside sources. He created solutions when it would be easy for others to get caught up on ?the problem.? As an investor looking for my first property he really took the time to listen and understand what I was looking for and then we could look for the right deals together. He created funnel where we didn?t waste time looking at stuff we didn?t want. He remembers the little things that matter to you. It was reassuring through the entire process knowing that he had my best interest in mind. His experience showed from the first meeting arranged by Zillow, through the house buying process, and after the closing. For as long as Tyler is an agent I would never buy a house with anyone but him. He is truly that good. I will recommend Tyler to every friend or family member around looking to buy a house! Thank you Tyler!

ZillowVERIFIED We just so happened to luck into Tyler, and we couldnt have been happier! As first time home buyers we werent sure of the process, and Tyler did an amazing job seeing us through. Have a burning question at midnight? Chances are if you send Tyler a text hell respond immediately. Need a last minute scheduling change? He will handle it with a smile. Not only was he super responsive and pleasant, he was more than willing to lead the charge. Whether it was communications to the other realtor, our lawyers, or even our mortgage company, Tyler was on top of it every step of the way. We did not have a single negative experience working with Tyler as he guided us through the process and eventually helped land us our dream home!

ZillowVERIFIED Tyler found our dream home! He took the time to really listen to what we were looking for and then found us homes that matched those criteria. He was/is available to answer any questions at a moments notice. Tyler is knowledgeable and very conscientious of his work and you can tell that he wants to match your needs. The other thing that I want to mention is that his associates reach out to you and they give a very organized overview of whats next in the buying process. I like knowing what our next steps were at all times. This just made the buying process all the more exciting! All in all, an excellent experience. I would recommend Tyler to anyone looking for a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED I had the pleasure to work with Tyler Cote as we purchased our new home. As anxious, first time home buyers in Rhode Island, Tyler helped to guide us through the entire process with ease. He had our back each step of this journey and were just so happy that we were able to work with him. Tyler was extremely professional and was available for phone calls or texts at all times (he was even very responsive over the weekends). What separates Tyler from other real estate agents was that Tyler always got back to us in a timely fashion. He made us feel important. Thank you Tyler! Well be calling you when we move out of our starter home in a few years.

ZillowVERIFIED Tyler Cote is one of the most outgoing and patient agent ever! He makes the home buying process fun. I?d recommend Tyler Cote to anyone!! But I personally think that first time home owners would benefit way more! He will get the pressure and nervousness off of you and that?s so important when it comes to buying a home for the first time.
