    About Tyler Christensen

    I've always had a love for real estate, renovation, architecture, investing...all of it. On top of that, my personality is best suited for working face to face with people and that's what I enjoy the most. I get to help others with one of the most important decisions of their lives, develop a close relationship with them and in the end, we succeed and have fun doing it. My goal every time I work with an individual or a family is to not only give them my up-most best, but I want them to be able to look back and say that not only was it easier than they thought, but that they enjoyed themselves and made a friend out of it as well! I've worked very hard to get where I am at today. My first year in real estate I was named "Rookie of the Year" for my market center and achieved "Master's Club" status the same year and every year since. I take an active role in my market center as well where I sit on the board of our Agent Leadership Council (reserved for agents in the top 20%) and host monthly career fairs where I aim to inspire others to consider a career in real estate and help them make that a reality.     Tyler was recommended by our neighbor. We had an agent who just didnt match with us. Once we switched to Tyler the process of buying a home became an Awesome Experience!!! He has a very positive attitude and has so much knowledge in how to get our offers accepted. He scheduled multiple viewings in a day and worked with our schedule. From negotiating the price to getting us seller credits , helping us find the best inspection company to recommendation of where to go for a great deal on carpets for our new home! I cannot say enough about how great he is. I kept hearing horror stories from friends and family and not once did we have any doubt in Tyler. Being first time home buyers with a VA loan we closed in 25 days. I know that if we decide to do this again he is our guy.

    I was referred to Tyler by my lender. I originally had someone else in mind but was so glad it worked out to partner with him. He is humorous, down-to-earth and very knowledgeable. I had a lot of questions about the process and paperwork and he always answered them quickly and with patience. We lost two home bids before finding our "diamond in the rough" and with his perseverance and high regard with other agents, he was able to seal the deal for us! We closed in less than a month. I highly recommend Tyler and his group for your house hunting needs.
