Tyler Chenault

Tyler, originally from the Greater New York City area, has proudly made Georgia home these past 12 years. Tyler holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Georgia Gwinnett College. He soon after began his real estate career in 2018 under a growing residential property management company.

Tyler's experience working with rental properties matured his love for real estate in the Atlanta market. This work gave him keen insight into how a real estate investor approaches a deal and the best ways to expand their rental portfolio.

Tyler understands that Atlanta and the surrounding markets are diverse. in just a little over an hour, one can experience a busy metropolitan, quiet suburbs, a beautiful lakefront, and even mountain ranges. Tyler is married to his lovely wife, Ashley, and they have three adorable children together. Their favorite thing to do as a family is taking a weekend trip up to the Blue Ridge Mountains with their two dogs, Cookie and Gigi.
