On the purchase side, she was a fierce advocate for us, leveraging all resources at her disposal to make us as happy and comfortable as possible with the process. She was quick to communicate any and all developments to us. On the sale side, prior to going under contract, Tye was quick to communicate feedback from showings, and used her network for feedback as to how to make our listing more desirable. Once we were under contract, Tye handled nearly all aspects of the closing process behind the scenes, to the point I almost wondered if anything was happening. Rest assured, everything was moving beautifully and closing arrived without a hitch. Truly concierge service! Personally, Tye is deeply caring about her clients, and it shows in how she approaches every situation. She worked late nights, weekends, and navigated our wild schedule flawlessly. We are grateful we got to know her and cannot thank her enough for helping us find our long term home!

ZillowVERIFIED Tye Irvin has been a real life-saver. After losing the beautiful woman I had loved and lived with for eight years, I found myself needing to find a new home. And I didn't have much time. While grieving, making funeral arrangements, and fending off greedy relatives, I reached out to Tye Irvin for help. Tye listened to me and understood not only what I was looking for, but she also understood what I was going through. Within hours she was sending me listings, getting my feedback on what I liked and what I didn't. We set up an appointment and looked at a few houses. Very quickly we found a wonderful house, and the negotiations began. I don't buy houses every day, so I wasn't a pro at the game. I needed a good advocate, a good buying agent. Tye Irvin ended up being a great advocate and the best buying agent anyone could have ever wished for. She exceeded my expectations in negotiating the price and conditions. Then came the financing. I have excellent credit and a solid income, but interest rates were on the rise. Tye expedited the process with the mortgage company, locking me in the day before interest rates took a hefty jump. After the offer and acceptance, after the financing was set up, Tye Irvin did not forget about me. She would regularly call or text, asking how I was doing or asking about what kind of plans I had for the house. I said I needed a fence for my dogs and that I was getting bids. Tye found me a fence contractor who beat every other bidder's estimate. I plan on being in my new house for a long time, but when the day comes for me to move on I will definitely seek out Tye Irvin to be my buying agent and my advocate.
