ZillowVERIFIED We recently purchased property and contacted Ty Carey with Our Fathers Houses Realty out of Easley SC to take care of us through the transaction. Ty was a pleasure to work with and walked us through every step of the way. From the moment we signed the contract until the transaction was complete Ty took care of every thing. I highly recommend him to take care of any of your housing needs. I know we will be using them again when we are ready to place our home on the market.

ZillowVERIFIED Heather and Ty did an amazing job helping my family and I find the perfect home in a country setting. They worked with me for over a year to find the perfect home and would drop what they were doing when a listing came up. You definitely want them as your real estate agents because they make buying your dream home a reality.

ZillowVERIFIED Ty & Heather were a wonderful team. They showed me many homes until I found the perfect one. There were times when I would get frustrated and they were always very optimistic my home was out there and we would find it. They worked hard to make my dream a reality.

ZillowVERIFIED Well towards the beginning I worked woked with ty... good guy showed me a couple house finally found one... then I worked with Andrew, now this guy I pushed him to his limits. I called him To many times because when your buying a home you have tons of questions and he always picked up thats what I loved about him. If I had to chose again who Id want to work with it would be ty or Tys crew they are down to earth and easy to work with and make you feel like family.

ZillowVERIFIED Ty did an incredible job helping my wife and I find a home that we liked and could afford. He was very attentive of our deadline by which we needed to be moved, and he was extremely helpful in making sure that everything was taken care of as quickly as possible. We was also surprisingly prompt at answering my many questions. I know he is very busy, but you always feel like you are the priority. I am very pleased with his service and with the house.

ZillowVERIFIED I purchased my current home from them. I had them list my old home when I moved into our new home. Listing was great and it sold fast. Recently worked with them to sell another home and it sold and closed within a week of being listed. I can recommend the Careys realtor to everyone that is buying or selling a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Ty and Heather did a great job. They did two pre-listing advertisments which resulted in several showing requests for the first day the house was listed on the MLS. The house sold the first day it was on the market. They then quickly helped find a house for us to buy. When we found the house we wanted, Ty asked what we wanted that this house didn't have. There was nothing we could tell him. They had found exactly what we had asked for. Heather was always available for questions and was a calm voice throughout the closing process. They constantly made us feel like we were their only clients - even though we know that we weren't.

ZillowVERIFIED Ty and Heather were always open an honest through our difficult selling process. The buyers agent was not forthcoming with all truths and details, and if it not for Ty and Heather we may not have sold our home.

ZillowVERIFIED Ty and Heather Carey are a great real estate team! No matter when I had a question, they always took the time to repond and deliver thorough information to me. I never had to wait long periods to be shown houses, when we were searching for the "right" fit for our family. They were always verrrrrrrrrrry patient with me. There was always a sense of security knowing that my realtors would say a prayer for us, if we asked them to, and knowing they were truly on our side and seeking our best interest. I highly recommend using The Carey's!

ZillowVERIFIED Ty and his wife Heather were a huge asset in my wife and myself purchasing our first home. They walked us through the entire process. When we had questions or voiced any concerns they responded quickly and efficiently whether it be via email, phone, or text. They were able to recommend multiple home inspectors, and financing companies for our purchase. We were able to close on our house right around a months time. Considering all the logistics of closing not to mention in December, AND BEING RIGHT BEFORE Christmas we were extremely impressed. We have been living in our house for 6 months now without any surprises from the purchase. I attribute all of this to the professionally efficient services offered by Ty and Heather at Our Fathers House Realty.
