ZillowTwonya did an excellent job in both selling my existing home and helping me find and negotiate on my new home. She was the ultimate professional. She had a genuine interest in my family, their happiness with the home and the security of the neighborhood. She did extensive research to make sure the values around the home were good as well as the home itself. ZillowTo start she recommended a high inital offering of between $399,000 - $414,000, we put it up for $399,000 - being up forsale now for nearly 3 months lowered the price and offered a relators sales bonus and have had only 3 showings. Very lazy approach toward marketing our home. I think she was out of her element in South West Dallas. Don't get me wrong nice lady but just did not have a plan to market our house. I will be removing the home from market.
