ZillowVERIFIEDI worked with Twila remotely, living in Georgia while house hunting here. I found Twila online and chose her because of her excellent reviews. Those reviews were absolutely spot on; Twila met all my expectations and more. She was professional, friendly, dependable and a wonderful communicator! The purchase went very smoothly and I would 100% work with Twila again!

ZillowVERIFIED Mrs Twila was one of the best real estate agents weve had in our 20 years of buying and selling real estate. She came to the listing appointment prepared with factual numbers and statistics. She was well informed of the property, area, and was realistic but took our concerns and expectations into great consideration. She facilitated work with a contractor for our listed home as well as the one we bought. We trusted her for the purchase of our new home as well as she was a great negotiator and was able to get the purchase price to what we felt comfortable paying by being incredibly knowledgeable of the area and not accepting a contract for more than we felt comfortable paying. I cannot recommend her enough. Her expertise, care of her clients, and knowledge truly saved us thousands.

ZillowVERIFIED Twila did an absolutely outstanding job as our realtor. She excelled at every task and at every point in the process of selling our 35-year-old house on 18 acres. She was spot on in her market analysis. She served as our project manager in getting her legion of service people to spruce up the house and landscaping. Her experience, knowledge, honesty and dedication made the experience as stress free as could be. I give her my highest praise and would recommend her to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED We contacted Twila Bertrand with Cota Century 21 Realty in Lufkin and she met us at our lake house in Etoile. We hit it off immediately. A very sweet and kind lady with an excellent knowledge of the market place and area. Within a day of the listing with Twila we received an offer and Twila negotiated and got our asking price. Wonderful Job. Twila kept us updated through the whole process and got our closing date moved up earlier than previously set. Cota Realty and Century 21 are very fortunate to have Twila on their team.

ZillowVERIFIED My family can not say enough good things about Twila Bertrand. Not only did she take the time to walk us through every detail of buying a homeaEUR"breaking down the complexities of real estate in a way that made sense to usaEUR"but she also prayed with us and for us through it all. She also made sure our transition fun and memorable. On our very first night in our new home, she had thoughtfully left ice cream sundae supplies in the freezer. Our kids, aged 6, 5, and 4, were absolutely thrilled! Twila is very passionate about what she does. I cant say enough good things about her. If you're looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, and genuinely dedicated to making your dreams come true, Twila is the perfect choice. Thank you, Twila, for everything you did for our family!

ZillowVERIFIED Twila was very helpful on the property sale. She went the distance while trying to finalize the offer to the buyer. We had conversations every couple of minutes during the final decision by the seller to determine if a all cash sale could proceed. And it Did!

ZillowVERIFIED Twila is a wonderful Realtor. We called several real estate agents and not one answered their phones or returned our calls until we got to Twila. She promptly called us back. Twila was genuinely nice, valued our time when we came into town to look at houses and was very informative. She was knowledgeable in the VA home loan process, was prompt and handled things efficiently guiding us through our first home purchase. I highly recommend her to anyone searching for a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Twila is absolutely amazing! She is very honest and knowledgeable. She is not the type of person to pressure you into buying a house. She will tell you every flaw that she sees and tell you the good in the home. She is extremely patient. We probably went a saw about what felt like 20 plus houses until we found our perfect home! She is truly an angel and I am so glad she was put in our lifes to help us with our home.

ZillowVERIFIED Twila was great to work with! Definitely made the process easy and and answered all of our questions. We were looking for a home to buy and Twila helped us identify areas that would be good for us. She also helped point out areas that were in flood zones and homes that would need significant repair/work. We ended up shifting gears and buying a home in a different area that was For Sale By Owner, so we ended up not buying through her. But she did help us find the buyer of our home that we were selling. All around great experience.

ZillowVERIFIED The day my house was listed, Twila had 3 different people look at it. I had a contract in less than a week and closed on the originally scheduled closing date. I got asking price for my house and never felt pressured. Twila always responded to my texts and emails within minutes of me sending them. Twila is a rock star in the real estate world.

ZillowVERIFIED Twila Bertrand helped us to purchase and close on our acerage and mobile home in Trinity County. Since we were long distance buyers, the transaction would have been almost impossible without her knowledge and expertise in the area of rural property, its funding, the tax information, and the county in general. She was always professional, friendly and efficient in evey way. Thanks Twila!

ZillowVERIFIED Twila was absolutely AMAZING throughout the whole process! This was our first home that we purchased so we were lacking in knowledge to say the least. She took the time to explain some of the more complicated terms to us and helped us figure out what deal would work best for our situation. I recommend her every time someone mentions looking into getting a place of their own. We wouldn't be where we are without her help! C:

ZillowVERIFIED We can't thank Twila enough for her professionalism, expertise, and hard work in helping us find our home in Huntington, Texas. We love our home and it is a short commute to work for the wife. As we started to look (from out-of-state), the mailings you sent, along with your emails on the home listings, was extremely helpful as we were going through our initial decision process. Once we decided to move to Texas, your experience in this market really came into play as well as your being from the area your insight to certain establishments was top knotch. Your knowledge of the neighborhoods, home construction, and attention to our other needs (inspectors, insurance providers, and storage facilities), was so valuable and helped guide us in making the right decisions. In fact, Leona has already recommended you to both employees and co-workers when they mention they are looking to purchase a home. Twila is a top of the line professional and we would want only her as an agent in the future if the need were to arise. Go team Twila!!
