Q: 1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

Buying a home in Summit County should feel exciting, not stressful. The best thing you can do is be prepared and clear about what you want. I help my clients understand the different neighborhoods and what daily life really looks like here. For many people, it is not just about the house but about finding the lifestyle they have been dreaming of. When you are organized and realistic about your goals, you can move quickly when the right opportunity comes along and feel confident about your decision.

Q: 2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Treat the sale like it deserves a spotlight. Presentation matters, and I approach every listing like a multi-million-dollar property, regardless of price point. That means professional photography, Matterport tours, and strong marketing that tells your home’s story. The goal is to attract qualified buyers, not just wait for them to show up. I also believe in honest pricing based on current market data. The right strategy upfront leads to smoother negotiations and better results.

Q: 3. What types of clients have you worked with?

Most of my clients are second-home buyers and sellers who love Summit County for the same reasons I do. I also work with investors, out-of-state buyers, and locals making a move within the community. Many of my clients become friends because we spend time together exploring what kind of mountain lifestyle really fits them. Whether it is a ski-in condo, a lakefront home, or an investment property, I work hard to make sure the process feels clear and enjoyable from start to finish.

Q: 4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

Earlier this year I met a couple through Reddit who were curious about what it is really like to live in Breckenridge. Most people online told them not to move here, but I shared a more honest perspective about Summit County life. They reached out, we met in person, and we started searching together. After touring about 50 homes and learning what would truly fit their lifestyle, they realized Frisco was a better match than Breckenridge. They bought a $1.7 million home near Main Street and now live the lifestyle they had imagined. They have since become great friends and part of the local community.

Q: 5. How did you get started in Real Estate?

My interest in real estate started young. My dad was a commercial real estate tax appraiser, and I studied finance and real estate at the University of Colorado Boulder. I first worked in the medical real estate field but quickly realized I wanted something more personal and meaningful. I took a leap, joined two top brokers in Winter Park, and discovered how much I loved helping people find mountain homes. In 2017 I moved to Frisco to focus on Summit County full-time, and today I am proud to work with Slifer Smith & Frampton, the number one brokerage in the area.

Q: 6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?

I hold a business degree with a real estate certificate from the University of Colorado Boulder, which gives me a strong foundation in finance and market analysis. Beyond that, I have years of hands-on experience in the mountain market, where local knowledge and timing make all the difference. I stay current on short-term rental regulations, zoning changes, and neighborhood trends so my clients always have the full picture. My marketing background and negotiation skills help ensure my buyers and sellers have every advantage.

aEURoeWe used Tucker to help sell our property and also to buy a new property. We would highly recommend him as a realtor. Hes straightforward and honest and a great communicator. Hes good at setting expectations about the process and answering all the questions we had along the way- via all modes of communication. We listed and sold our old house and went under contract on a new house all in the same weekend. We worked with Tucker for over a year and half looking for the perfect mountain home for our family. He carefully listened to our needs and wants and based on that was able to select the homes that were worth looking at. When we could not make the trip from Texas to Colorado, Tucker went to preview the homes and used FaceTime to "walk" us through! We spent time looking in both Grand and Summit Counties. Tucker is well versed in both areas and took the time to educate us on what each area has to offer which helped us to pinpoint the area that best suited our family. He was able to answer questions and bring up things we may not have thought about. Our family is so thankful for Tucker's hard work, knowledge and patience in helping us find our perfect "Mountain Vibe" home. Even after closing, Tucker has gone above and beyond in making our transition smooth. It is has been our pleasure to work with Tucker and now we have a true friend in Summit County! We met Tucker when we wandered into the Coldwell Banker office in Frisco one morning while on vacation. Tucker was working that day, which doesnt sound that unusual until you know that it was Christmas Eve. Eight months later, we closed on a beautiful townhome in Silverthorne. In between, Tucker was persistent, knowledgeable and, above all, responsive. We looked through literally hundreds of online listings and went on dozens of visits to prospective properties with Tucker. Along the way, we was continually listening to what we were learning about what we wanted and adjusting his searches accordingly. Once we found the right place, he was enormously helpful to a due diligence effort that had to be conducted from a distance over a very short period of time. On top of all that, hes just a really nice guy. If you are looking for a place in Summit County, you Cant do better than Tucker Zimmerman.

Moving from out of State to Colorado was made much easier with Tucker not only being knowledgeable with the market, but also giving local guidance making us feel welcomed. Tucker went above and beyond what I would expect a realtor to manage, making sure each detail is taken care of and all in a timely manner, Tucker is the guy you want on your team. With the market being so competitive it was important to have someone that is willing to be on top of every detail. Simple put if you need someone to lock in a house or sell I would recommend Tucker Zimmerman.

I am a full real estate broker, not just an agent, licensed in NJ and PA, CRS, ASP with 15 years' experience. Tucker helped us with the recent purchase of a high-end condo in Frisco, CO. He's excellent. Hard worker, fully informed, quick to share useful perspectives for the out-of-stater's we are. Always available, excellent attention to detail and keeping timelines, which is critically important in time-of-the-essence Colorado. Really a standout.

We met Tucker Zimmerman while he was training to become a real estate associate. As a young man entering the field he was so conscientious and careful in making sure that he understood exactly what we were wanting from the sale of our property and all of our needs going into a new property. We really felt like he listened asked questions when appropriate and had a goal of getting us exactly what we were looking for in our new home. We were thrilled with his support and expect that now with much more experience he is an excellent choice for realtor!
