Living in New York and frequently traveling around the world, I was in numerous time zones, but Tu was always available to assist me. Unlike many realtors who shut their phones down after 5pm, Tu went above and beyond, providing exceptional service regardless of the time. Since I wasnt in Vegas often, Tu took long and detailed videos of the properties I was interested in. She managed to set up seven viewings in one day while I was in town, and one of these homes became my purchase. She didnt just help me find the right property, but also negotiated the right price, added some additional items, and provided a list of contacts to help manage and fix the house. Tu even offered to help with packages while Im away. The entire process, from negotiating to inspection, loan approval, and closing, took only three weeks. ZillowVERIFIED There are hundreds of realtors in the city, meaning you have so many to choose from when buying or sell a house. That also means that there are plenty of good ones and plenty of not so good ones. Tu was definitely one of the good ones, we were extremely happy that she was our realtor. Her response to our emails or texts were always almost instant, and she was always available regardless of any given time of the day. She would handle any of our requests or questions immediately and we never had to wait extend period of time. Her documents were easy to navigate even on a smart phone, and she reminded us for any important tasks. Overall, my wife and I were very happy with the entire process. Oh, and she always has a smile on her face :)

ZillowVERIFIED This is a bitter sweet review but I feel compelled to write it on behalf of Tu who was bold enough to tell us what we needed to hear, and not what we wanted to hear. My wife and I were searching for a new agent to work with mid October. We interviewed a couple agents, Tu being one of them. We ended up going in a different direction which turned out to be a costly mistake. Vision is 20/20 in hind sight. We now realize after selling our home that we weren't ready to accept Tu's thoughtful breakdown of current market conditions, and strategies that would have gotten our home sold quicker in such a drastically shifting market that is rapidly trending more toward the buyers side than sellers, primarily due to interest rate hikes. Tu was respectfully honest and forthcoming with her vision. We weren't ready to accept her insight, because we were stuck on wanting more based on sold comps that were out dated, 30-60 days prior. We didn't take into account that even comps from weeks to one month ago weren't relevant to the rapid shift. As a seller you don't want to put yourself in the buyers shoes because that would mean understanding why you should either accept less, or not sell and wait it out until the market is more favorable to sellers again. Any buyer in that position would want as much home as possible. Add to that thousands more people wanting to sell their home, builders lowering their new constructions by $50-$60k and you get what happened to us...our house just sat, as buyers explored their options. It wasnt until months later that it sold after a hefty reduction, and concession. As much as i didnt want to admit this, I felt compelled to share this with Tu after she followed asking what she coukd have done better to gain our business. I told her she did everything right, and not to change. Youll win some and lose some, but as long as you know you're staying true to client, whether they like what you or not, you can find refuge in knowing you're doing the right thing. Looking back I feel we would have been thousands ahead, and would've sold faster. One thing I considered after the fact was that Tu had an over 1 million dollar listing sold, which should've given us the confidence to trust her more. This turned out to be a very expensive lesson that we hope to not make in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time home buyer I was not very knowledgable about the processes that were going to take place. Tu explained everything so well, and in terms that I could understand. In the beginning she gave me an overview of everything that was going to happen in steps. Once we would get to another milestone in the process she would again explain in detail what was to be expected. Tu was very responsive through text, Phone call, and email throughout the entire process. I never once felt uninformed or wondering. Once I would pick a house that I would like to see, Tu would schedule a viewing immediately never wasting any time. I believe this was largely responsible for having an offer accepted so quickly along with knowing the current market so that you're making a strong offer but not going over current market value. Tus professionalism and knowledge made this whole process which I thought would be nerve wracking actually a fun experience.
