FAQ
Start by getting pre-approved for a mortgage so you know your budget and show sellers you’re serious. Make a list of must-haves versus nice-to-haves, and research neighborhoods and recent home sales. Always get a home inspection and be ready to act quickly, but don’t rush—balance speed with caution. Finally, trust your agent, negotiate wisely, and leave room in your budget for unexpected costs.
Find an agent who is responsive, knows the market, and has experience. Declutter and stage your home to make a strong first impression. When interviewing listing agents, ask how they plan to market your home effectively. Working with a knowledgeable agent to market effectively, negotiate offers, and be prepared for inspections can make all the difference.
I’ve worked with all kinds of clients! On the buyer side, I’ve helped first-time homebuyers, those purchasing vacation homes, investment or rental properties, commercial buyers and tenants, and buyers looking for land for building or recreational use. On the seller side, I’ve listed large acreage properties, small cabins, single-family homes, lakefront and vacation homes, rental properties, fixer-uppers, new construction, and vacant land.
I’ve always been interested in real estate and loved the idea of seeing a variety of homes and properties in my area. I was drawn to the fact that every day would be different—some days in the office, some days showing or listing homes, taking photos and videos, and creating marketing content. The mix of creativity, strategy, and hands-on work made real estate the perfect fit for me.
I’ve officially earned my Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation! The ABR® program involved specialized courses and training focused on the needs of buyers, giving me even more tools to guide you through the home buying process with confidence. Whether it’s your first home or your next home, I’m here to make it simpler, smoother, and stress-free.
