ReviewTroy was very efficient, honest and transparent about everything. Our home sold in 2 days for full price offer. What more could we ask for? We strongly recommend Troy for anyone in this difficult market.

Review Troy is phenomenal! All of his predictions proved to be accurate and he made the process very comfortable. We had multiple offers right away on our home we listed with him and received $20,000+ more than we anticipated just as he predicted. Troy is beyond professional, honest, and quick to respond to anything that comes up. No games with Troy! Highly recommend him to anyone moving to the Lansing area.

Review We have know Troy since 2018 and he has helped us buy two homes and sell one. He is the best Realtors we have ever worked with, which is saying a lot, we have owned 5 homes in 3 different states. He is always easy to communicate with, very responsive and truly cares about what is in his clients best interests. He helped us to purchase a home off market and the whole process was very smooth and seamless. You are in very good hand with Troy!

Review We were recommended Troy from a family member who recently had bought house. Because of their great experience my Husband and I were excited to work with a experienced Realtor that will have our backs. We were first time home buyers and didnt know much about buying a home. Troy took us on several house tours and listened to each of our needs in a house. After placing a few offers we finally settled in the house we are in now and couldnt be happier. He was great at negotiations and recommended a few different peoples services through the whole process. I would highly recommend him and hope to use Troy Seyfert in the future for any more home/land buying or selling.

Review Troy was very helpful with the purchase of our new home in the Lansing area. We were several states away and he did several video tours with me, he also made time to show me houses for the brief period I was in Michigian. We had a few issues along the way and he was very quick to help us resolve them. I would highly recommend to a friend!

Review Troy was fantastic. We came in from out of town and he mapped out all the houses we would see. He was able to squeeze in 9 or 10 houses in a day without being too rushed. He was patient and worked with us even during time when we didn?t know what we were doing. I would definitely use him again and would suggest him. He researches and takes into consideration things that you may need.

Review Troys level of integrity is out standing. We ran into all sorts of complications during the selling process of my Grandmothers home and Troy was there to walk us through all the challenges we faced. After going through this sale with Troy there is no other realtor I would use.

Review We worked with Troy for both the sale of our current home and the purchase of our new home. Troy (and his team) sold our home in 2 days - before a sign was even put in our yard - at our asking price. He was also great at helping to find a new home that met our criteria. Through both processes, Troy was there every step of the way with helpful tips and encouragement. He is not only knowledgeable about the market but goes above and beyond to help make things happen. We would definitely recommend (and have) using Troy for your housing needs.

Review Immediate responses every time, great enthusiasm, never complained despite having to show us many houses outside of usual office hours before we made a successful offer (the local market is almost always hot). Troy was a good representative, helped design the right offer, and did not attempt to scuttle my specific wishes as to the purchase contract. We had hired another agent before Troy who never seemed to have time except a fifteen-minute slot every other Sunday. Highly recommend Troy, and will try to hire him again if and when we decide to move again!

Review Troy was wonderful to work with. He advised me on what I needed to do to get my house ready to sell and price it out right. He answered all my questions whenever i asked! Because of Troys expert knowledge and advice I received 3 offers on my house in the first 4 days it was on the market! I was able to close for well over asking price. You would be lucky to have Troy as your realtor!

Review Troy returned all calls and has excellent follow up skills. He was the reason the deal was closed. The house was a fsbo and dealt with the owners to get the deal done.

Review Troy was beyond great as my fiance and I looked for our first home together. Being first time home buyers we had a lot of questions and Troy always responded quickly. His background in insurance actually came in handy a lot as he helped us identify insurance problems in some houses that we otherwise might not have known about. Troy was very personal and actually cared that we ended up with a great house. If we were to ever sell our current home or end up in the market to buy again we would ask Troy to be our realtor again in a heart beat!

Review Working with Troy was great! He was very flexible and willing to work with the crazy timelines and schedules my fiance and I had as we were from out of state and had very limited time to visit and look at houses. I would highly recommend Troy and if we ever are looking to buy or sell in the area, we are certainly calling him!

Review Troy was very helpful. Not only did he take the time to understand what I was looking for, he helped enable me to look at the available information and process if it fit my needs. He was extremely responsive to all questions and went above and beyond to answer or find answers to all questions asked.
