Troy was recommended to me by a close friend to assist with selling a home in Sutherlin. From the start, Troy provided a great experience. I reached out to him on a Friday, expecting to hear back the following week. Troy returned my call that evening and set an appointment to view the property on Sunday afternoon. Being that I was in the process of purchasing another home, time was of the essence. Troy understood this and was happy to expedite the process. During the listing appointment, Troy was extremely professional. He already had pulled together the relevant comps. He was very knowledgeable on the local market and answered all of my questions and concerns. The property was put on the market and sold within a week. Troy was able to successfully negotiate a fair price and several necessary repairs with ease. From start to finish, the process was smooth and stress free. I would highly recommend Troy to all of my friends and family.

My brother passed recently, and we needed to get his house sold. When we arrived in Roseburg, we asked around for a great realtor to help us. The first 5 independent responses we received from the locals recommended the same person, Troy Schuyler. We knew we made the right choice at our first meeting with him ? so friendly and helpful. He knows the area and market values. Even though we live out of state, he was able to send us the proper documents for signatures and always answered our questions quickly. Troy did an amazing job helping us with the sale of our house. We had some anxiety with our sale and our purchase in another state and Troy was there every step of the way. Hes very knowledgeable about the market and real estate transactions. We had some difficulties with the title company and Troy was always very responsive to all of our questions and issues. We loved our experience having Phylicia as our realtor. She was very accommodating and helped us see all the homes we were interested in despite added difficulty in doing so due to CoVid-19. She was very knowledgeable about this new area we were moving to and also the home-buying process. She was very easy to get ahold of when we had added questions and was great at keeping us updated throughout the entire purchase process. We highly recommend her to anyone!
