Being that I was in the process of purchasing another home, time was of the essence. Troy understood this and was happy to expedite the process. During the listing appointment, Troy was extremely professional. He already had pulled together the relevant comps. He was very knowledgeable on the local market and answered all of my questions and concerns. The property was put on the market and sold within a week.
