Troys response indicated that he was willing to answer questions and start sending us listings. We ultimately used Troy for the purchase of our home in Charleston and it was a GREAT decision. Troy has a relaxed-no-pressure style which we both appreciated. He was honest with us a gave us great recommendations as well as cautions regarding some of the locations we were considering. Troy was also able to recommend an excellent loan officer as well as building inspector. He was patient with our questions and lack of familiarity with the market and process in SC. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Troy.
