ZillowVERIFIEDTroy was amazing at helping us buy a new house. Very patient, very flexible, very knowledgeable and helpful. Great negotiator. Knows the area like the back of his hand. Funny too. Troy and Ashley sold our house very seamlessly, with help from the amazing Thomas and Matthew. They are a great team, don't hesitate to work with them! I'm so glad that we did!

ZillowVERIFIED Troy was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He and his staff worked hard to make sure the process was quick an painless. Often times, Troy was adapting to my unorthodox schedule; responding to emails and conducting business well outside of normal business hours. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

ZillowVERIFIED Awesome to work with! Due to the sellers timeline, we had to close quick and we got it done! In addition, he participates with Homes For Heros, so if your military, EMS, Fire, or Law Enforcement, I highly recommend him and that program!

ZillowVERIFIED An absolute joke would not recommend this company to anyone. Lets put it this way they will double dip on you and never say a word about it until its too late. Very unprofessional company that does not have you in there best interests, its all about making there money and that's it. If you don't want headache and a big sucker punch at the end definitely go through another company. absolutely the worst company out there.

ZillowVERIFIED Troy helped us find the right home at the right time. He as very patient as we looked at a multitude of homes. We told him we were in no hurry but we're waiting for the right home for the right price. He gave us good advice about neighborhoods, knowledge of schools, and services available depending on which side of the river we were on. Troy also understands the process of negotiating, he worked for us - he made sure we got the best deal we could all the while reminding us we were not buying a new house and everything would not be perfect. In the end - he got the deal done. I wholeheartedly recommend Troy, he is energetic, knowledgeable and honest. Thank-you Troy for working tirelessly with and for us.

I have a license from the state of California so I am somewhat familiar with the process. Troy and 2 other team members were very aggressive when trying to obtain the listing, as is typical. Afterwards, not so much. Troy off-loaded many of the duties to his team members and was only involved when he was contacted personally. Advice regarding the buyer offer was only viewed as positive, giving the appearance the priority was to get the sale. Inspection repairs were only denied when WE declined to do them. There was no input from the Troy team. Effecting repairs would not have been possible given the short timeline to closing. Overall, an average performance. Strong at the outset, later... not so much.

ZillowVERIFIED Troy was very responsive and forthright throughout the process of selling our home. He was also very thorough, and provided us with valuable insight that allowed us to list our home for the best possible price. Troy works with other realities, photographers, and financial officials who help ensure that all the paperwork, listing material, and closing coordination is done quickly and efficiently. Finally, Troy is a member of the Homes for Heirs program, that helps veterans sell and subsequently buy homes for not only the best price, but with a small margin of the profits Troy receives for his excellent efforts. My wife and I highly recommend Troy and his team to anyone looking to sell or buy a home!!!

ZillowVERIFIED I couldn't say enough good things about Troy. We have had a lot of our friends buying houses within the last 6 months and when we compared realtors we knew we had the best. He was always available and was very honest about each and every house we looked at. He made sure that we were 100% positive before we bought a house and not that we were settling because the market was so crazy. We were lucky enough to find the one. The only way we were able to buy our dream house is because Troy worked so hard to sell our old house. So he not only helped us buy a house, he sold our house too. Whenever we here people talking about realtors we will make sure to drop Troy's name.
