First off, he recommended that we list our home higher than we thought and what about an other realtor had previously recommend. This shocked us at first, but decided to trust him. The first couple of weeks it was really slow, but we did list over thanksgiving week. Troy kept reassuring us that we had a great home and that the home was listed on many different platforms.
