When we were selling the property on our own and the prospective buyer cancelled the contract on the last day of due diligence, we asked Troy to help us find a buyer. We began getting inquiries immediately. Two parties cancelled during their due diligence period, but in the end we sold the property for much more that we had originally asked. I would recommend Troy to any prospective seller.

When our deal was going south because of the buyers agent, Troy stepped in and saved our deal at the last minute allowing us to close a day later than expected, but without loss of the sale or more money out of our pockets. Troy is honest and reliable. His team keep the paperwork flowing.
