Troy Durbin

Troy Durbin is an Associate Broker with The Durbin Group at Coldwell Banker Kaiser Real Estate in Carmel, Indiana. He serves buyers, sellers and relocating families in Carmel, Westfield, Fishers, Noblesville, Zionsville and the greater Indianapolis area.

Since 2021, The Durbin Group has closed more than 130 homes and over $46 million in sales. Troy is a member of the Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society, placing him among the top 7% of Coldwell Banker agents worldwide.

Relocation is where Troy stands apart. As Relocation Director for Coldwell Banker Kaiser, and after completing six corporate moves with his own family, he understands the pressure that comes with moving for work: tight timelines, buying from out of state, and choosing the right community before you've lived here. Many of his clients tour homes by video and rely on him to be their eyes and ears locally.

He also works with first-time buyers, move-up families, new-construction buyers, downsizers and luxury clients. That might mean pricing and preparing a home for market, negotiating a builder contract, or walking a first-time buyer through every step. Either way, his approach is direct, data-driven and built around each client's goals and timing.

Clients consistently mention his communication, his knowledge of Central Indiana neighborhoods and his ability to make complex decisions simple.

If you're buying, selling or relocating in Carmel or the Indianapolis area, Troy would be glad to talk through your plans.
