Troy did a remarkable job of showcasing our property and researching comparable properties. It allowed us, with his guidance, to set a realistic selling price for our home. The home had several showings and after only three days on the market we got a reasonable offer. He is a true professional with an engaging personality. He was extremely helpful in helping us navigate the complexities of selling our home. We would highly recommend him. Forget the 5 stars I'd rate him 10 stars.

It is a pleasure to give my highest recommendation to Troy DeMond, without any reservation. We did our research to find the hardest working real estate professional we could and Troy lived up to his amazing on-line reputation. I cannot imagine anyone could out work Troy. He always came through for us, and lined up all of the many homes we wanted to see with each visit (we were coming from out of town). He usually responds to an email within MINUTES. Communication was amazing. He helped us find our dream retirement home in the location we wanted, and helped guide us through many of the the important and potentially confusing important steps details all the way to closing. He was flexible, and let us do things our way when it came to negotiating, but had solid advice and is obviously very experienced. He was also patient with our timeline. Overall, a great experience. We enjoyed the process and the time we spent with Troy DeMond. I would recommend Troy DeMond to anyone looking for a great realtor. Very professional.

Troy was not only very knowledgable but also a wonderful representative for Royal Shell. He worked diligently on a somewhat difficult transaction to make it run as smoothly as possible. We are from out of state and knew no one in Ft. Myers when we began our house hunting process. We found Troy by researching realtors. Our homework paid off. He is knowledgeable, energetic, responsive and on top of all of the details. We had a 5 day trip planned to learn about the area, find the neighborhood that was right for us, and then find the right house. Troy was fantastic. He started working with us before we arrived in Florida and offered to assist us with all of our arrangements, from hotel suggestions to transporting us locally. Once we arrived, he dedicated full time to helping us. Within our plan timeframe, we made an offer on a home. Since then, Troy has helped us with the inspection, insurance and all of the other elements of continuing the process to close. Troy has made a point of letting us know he wants to be there for us after the close. He views his clients as new friends and actively seeks to make long-term relationships. We highly recommend Troy.

Troy is a superstar in the field of real estate professionals. Over the years we have dealt with a lot of agents and Troy is head and shoulders above them all. I contacted Troy because he had a property listed that we wanted to see. Troy immediately set up an appointment for us to see it. I gave him my email address and he sent me comps of the property we wanted to see as well as other properties in the area. He was very professional and easy to work with. No pressure is one way to describe him. I explained what I wanted to do and to some extent how I wanted to do it. Troy worked within those parameters. We did purchase a property with Troys help. To me, it seemed like there were a lot of speed bumps on the way to closing. Mostly title company and seller related. Troy was available almost immediately when something surfaced and helped smooth the way to a successful closing. I would most definitely recommend Troy to my family and friends.
