Scott Shields IS the absolute BEST and I mean MOST ABSOLUTE BEST realtor in this whole coastal Georgia Area. When I first reached out to Scott, he answered my questions and invited me to sit down and discuss further my goals for selling my current (now past) home and buying our forever home. From that first phone call Scott has been amazing- you wouldnt even know he even had other clients - he truly made us feel like the only ones and that type of service is so rare. He never let my calls go to voicemail. He answered every question, concern, and even supported my most delusional thoughts throughout this whole process. He took in every conversation as a window into what we were trying to capture for our forever home and made it a reality. As I sit in my new home, I just know I would have never found it or got without Scotts guidance. Even when there was a misunderstanding from the closing of our old home to the closing of our new home, Scott was on it. He stood in front of them until it was fixed. Thats only one of the many reasons why he will always be our realtor and our families and friends referral. During the closing of our old home, the buyers agent didnt make it to the table. The young couple who purchased our home had little understanding of the process and Scott jumped in without skipping a beat to really explain some of the more complex aspects of buying a home in general and in Georgia. It truly meant the world to me that he saw a need and he filled it. Sally is also a rockstar! She stayed on top of the process with scheduling, coordinating, and making sure the paperwork was always ready without skipping a beat. The whole Trisha Cook Team is a reflection of truly special and genuine talent for this field, we are more than just a number to them - they really showed up and showed out on making us feel valued, understood, and like family in finding the most important space for ours. Scotts wife also makes the best treats (Shout out to Chris!) For me and my family and friends - Scott and the Trisha Cook Team are the people we want in our corner!
