ZillowVERIFIEDIt is my pleasure to write a positive review for Mrs. In my opinion, Ms. Brown is an expert realtor and skillful at problem solving any issues that may occur involving selling or purchasing a new home. I am an Army veteran and wanted to sell my home at the same time purchase a forever home. Initially, I made a mistake in hiring two real estate agents not knowledgeable about short sales and VA home loans. For instance, my listing agent (Shelley Metropol) quit after an investor changed his mind purchasing my home during the due diligence phase. When I informed my buyers agent (Mark Roberson), he stated: aEURoeI doubt you will be able to purchase a home.aEUR? Mr. Roberson, stopped answering my phone calls. As a result, I terminated my contract with Mr. Roberson. I was no longer interested in selling and purchasing a new home. My spouse, found Mrs. Brown online and convinced me to contact her. After a brief conversation, I hired Mrs. Brown. First, she educated my wife and I about VA home loans and short sales. Next, she helped raise our credit scores by sixty points. Immediately after, she put our home on the market and through her real estate connections and expertise sold our home within forty eight hours-despite it being a very questionable market. We also hired Mrs. Brown as our buyers agent. Mrs. Brown, found our new forever home within a few weeks of selling our home. My husband and I were so undecided if we were really ready to take that leap. Well in June we decided to go for it, unfortunately it just wasn't our time. We had few things to get situated with our credit but it didn't take long thanks to Mrs Trisha. Dec 1st we decided to go for it again. We already knew who we wanted our Realtor to be. She was with us every step of the way throughout our 1st ever home purchase, She made sure to meet our demands and she heard every complaint and made sure that we were happy. She's honest and her communication skills are impeccable when it comes to informing her clients or speaking to builders, etc. She eased the home buying experience for us so that it wasn't too stressful. First and foremost; Trisha is not only my realtor; but through the course of my house hunting and buying, Trisha had become my FRIEND...as I gone through the stress of looking for the perfect property, then being disappointed of the multiple offers, trying terribly to find a house before my rental lease was up, ONLY to then run into personal issues, this young lady stuck in there with me; giving encouragement and showing me patience (something I admit I do not have)!! She has allowed me to cry, and maybe a time or two cried with me...and she has made me laugh about it all. But most importantly, she handled her job with the upmost professionalism. She has gone above and beyond that of a "realtor" per say, and she has demonstrated far more than to be expected!! She is what I call "a breath of fresh air"! My wife and I were previously living in central Florida and looking to relocate to the Columbia, SC area. As one could imagine having to balance work, kids in school, and preparing for an out-of-state move made it extremely difficult for my wife and I to commit the necessary time to find the exact property and community that we wanted to raise our family in. After communicating to Trisha our needs and wants, she sent us a group of listings that matched what we were looking for. This helped give us direction for the communities and properties that we wanted to see and walkthrough which saved us a lot of time! She helped us zero in on a new-construction community which allowed us to build our home from the ground up. From that point, she was there from start to finish, assisting us in securing the perfect lot that we wanted to based on our specifications. She worked directly with the builder to ensure everything went smoothly.When buying a new-construction home there is a lot of steps and on occasion I was able to fly up to South Carolina from Florida in order to attend the different inspection meetings. Trisha accompanied me with the design center process and provided my wife and I with frequent photos and videos of our home all throughout the different stages of the construction process. When we closed on our home we couldn't be more happy with Trisha and we highly recommend her to anyone in any stage of the home buying process. Trisha will be our family's Real Estate Agent for life!
