ZillowVERIFIEDTrisha was incredibly helpful with the staging and getting the best pictures of our home. Then, she was very honest and helpful with managing an offer/home inspection - and follow-up with the details from the inspector ? All while we had moved to another state. We felt very comfortable with her representing us and keeping an eye on our property while we were so far away.

ZillowVERIFIED This was our second attempt at selling our home. The first was with a different agent. To say we were pleased with Trisha would be the understatement of the year. Were even making her a prime rib dinner as an extra thanks!!! Trisha was in constant contact with the pictures, assessment, showings, social media postings, etc. This agent is a work horse! We received the recommendation to go with Trisha through a former client of hers who was also ecstatic with her work. You will be in great hands with Trisha with all of your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Trisha gave recommendations of small things we could do to help sell our house and get our house picture perfect ready. TrishaS description and pictures of our house were awesome and helped lead in two different buyers within only a few days of it being listed with her. Trisha was detailed, open, honest, and very professional with us throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend her to anyone I know that is wanting to sell their house!

ZillowVERIFIED Trisha was EVERYTHING we were looking for in a Realtor! Hardworking, honest and a go-getter! We made the mistake of using another realtor when we first listed our house and then had Trisha come in and cleanup the mess.. and of course she didn?t let us down!! We now live in our dream house and we?re able to give another family the opportunity to make memories in our old house!!

ZillowVERIFIED Trisha was excellent to work with. She knew just what I was looking for and as soon as it came on the market she scheduled a showing immediately. The house was only on the market for 2 days when my offer was accepted. Thank you Trisha for everything!

ZillowVERIFIED Trisha was great and so helpful in the process of buying our first home! She made finding our perfect house so easy and stress free! She took us to multiple houses and listened to our wants and needs and didnt give up until she knew we had found just what we wanted (which happened to be a house that was no longer on the market). I would definitely recommend Trisha to anyone looking to buy or sell their home!

She was always available to show us houses and to give us advise. She made this experience easier and it was totally worth it. We are in the house of our dreams. Thank you!

ZillowVERIFIED All I can say is WOW! You will not find a better realtor! Trishas dedication to her clients is like no other. She sold our house in less than three months after it had been on the market for over a year not to mention showed at least a bagillion houses before helping us settle into our new home. She is kind, super knowledge and was a true pleasure to work with. Thank you Trisha!

ZillowVERIFIED Trisha was always easy to get a hold of (morning, noon, and night) and at times went above and beyond what I expected. Aside from the initial contact with my lender, Trisha handled everything with the lender and sellers making it a seamless transition from 1st contract to closing! Very helpful....

ZillowVERIFIED In our home search and sale, Trisha Bird performed as the consummate real estate industry professional. She was articulate, personable, and had an extensive knowledgeable of the local market. Due to an extremely low inventory of homes in our area of interest, our home search was grueling and took over 18 months. Trisha stayed on top of all homes coming onto the market to allow us the first peek. Her extensive web of local contacts smoothed over issues before they became problems. I highly recommend Trisha for your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I worked with Trisha on the purchase of our first home. She was very professional and had great communication throughout our entire purchasing process. She assisted in finding a home with all of our must haves when we didnt think it was possible within our budget. Trisha thoroughly walked us through the home buying process as we were new to this experience. She was very flexible in meeting around our work schedules. We are extremely satisfied with our new home and with the experience we had with Trisha. She made home buying fun and simple. We HIGHLY recommended her!!

When the banks slowed the process down she stepped in to help make sure everything was moving along so we close quickly. Trisha is friendly and easy to work with. I would recommend her to any of my friends and family.

ZillowVERIFIED I love Trisha! I had my house on the market with another realtor for six months with almost no viewings even scheduled. As soon as I hired Trisha she was scheduling bookings and open houses right away! She was up front about the entire process, and continually supported me (which was very helpful as I am pretty neurotic at times!). She never gave up on my house, and as a result it finally sold, and I was able to breathe easy considering I had already moved 2,000 miles away. I would recommend Trisha to anyone who was looking to buy or sell a house in the Mattoon/Charleston area.

ZillowVERIFIED I had been trying to sell my house for two years. I had some offers and quite a few people who wanted to walk through the home but couldnt get it sold. I contacted Trisha Bird and we got it on the market quickly and she had the house sold in 47 days. She would go above and beyond to help get things done and move along the process all the way up to closing.

ZillowVERIFIED Trisha was very down to earth and easy to talk to. She taught us a few things we didnt know from our first home purchase, and she fought (and unfortunately paid) to ensure we got what was advertised when we went to close. The previous owner had advertised a home theatre system in the finished basement with the listing, but just a few days before closing said that they wanted extra to leave it with the house because it cost them so much. Sad part was the system was in the photos of the listing, which were actually the file photos the realtor had from the first time it sold, so they didnt even buy it. Trisha helped us fight to get it as part of the deal, but ultimately she split the cost of the system with the listing agent and they paid the seller at close, which we didnt find out till we walked out of the title company. I just dont think that you would find a lot of realtors out there that are going to follow through with something they know is not right to the point of paying for something out of their own pocket.

We were very ignorant when it came to selling our home and she very patiently answered all of our questions. She was always available and used a variety of methods to sell our home.
