I would not be sitting in my house right now if it weren't for Trish. I discovered her and her and her partner Mindi when they were selling a house I was interested in. That house had already sold, but I really appreciated how they talked to me like a friend, giving honest advice and answering my (as a first-time home buyer, probably dumb) questions. When we went to go tour houses, Trish quickly got an idea of my style, and actually found the house I ended up buying by talking to a neighbor near a different house we were looking at.
