Review Weve done six or so transactions with Trish (lots of buying and selling), and she is always amazing.She negotiates in our favor every time and thinks of things we wouldnt have. In our most recent experience she got a home warranty added into our deal, which has saved us thousands of dollars in the first year. She also helped salvage an unusual transaction where the buyers funds got held up and more finessing was needed to protect us in the process. Everything worked out great.Not only is she knowledgeable and professional, she is no-nonsense and willing to go the extra mile (literally) to wherever you need her to be. I told her I was already working with a realtor but had no idea how the process worked. She took the time to explain everything to us. The next day we decided to work with her instead. From the start she was professional and treated us like family. We had some issues previously with financing and she recommended us to someone who was able to approve us right away.As a first time home buyer, Trish made the process simple and easy to understand. We had to rent a home from 200 miles away and she was the ONLY rental agent or rental company that stayed with us, followed up, suggested properties, went to properties to view and film. She was the only one of 6 that reached out to us, and did not have to be chased around for responses. She listened to what we wanted and what we did not want. This was incredibly helpful as we only needed to take one trip up to see the homes she had chosen for us to see. The rest was done online and on the phone, text and email. When it came down to negotiating she gave advice and then took our offers to the landlord with no negativity. It was as we would have done it if we were face to face with the landlord/agency. The end result was we got what we wanted, where we wanted and for the price that fit our budget. LITHIA do not waste your time with the others GO DIRECTLY TO TRISH !!!!

Review I contacted MS. Waller because I had a small home I wanted to list for sale in Lithia, and she had good reviews. After talking to her in some detail about the property, she said she'd take a look at it which she did. She contacted me back once and told me she wanted to talk to an appraiser and would contact me in a few days. I never heard from her again. That was a month or two ago. End of story. Would not recommend Ms. Waller.

Review From the moment we met Trish she was already knowledgeable of our community where we were selling and gave us great insight on how to sell our property in a timely manner. She was very vocal as to what enhancements the property needed in order for potential buyers to fall in love with it. The photographer that she uses took such high quality HD photos that we believe contributed in having potential buyers come see the property in person. Our home went on the market on a Monday morning and by that Wednesday we were already under contract. Trish is by far the best realtor we know and her methods for selling a home our spot on.
