ReviewTrish Orndorff is a highly experienced realtor who knows the Western Springs market like the back of her hand. A couple of years ago, she helped our neighbors across the street sell their home. So when my husband and I decided it was time for us to relocate, we contacted Trish to help us prepare our house for sale. We?d lived in our 100+ year old house for nearly 30 years and Trish was extremely helpful in suggesting what we should do to get our house ready to market. She also suggested various vendors who did a superb job with painting, refinishing hardwood floors and the like. As the time for sale approached, she organized for our house to be staged so that it looked inviting in the promotional photographs and for prospective buyers as they walked through the house. With Trish?s guidance and hard work, our house sold immediately. We heartily recommend Trish Orndorff! She?s the best of the best!!

Review She worked well with both myself and my aunt on selling her condo in Hinsdale. My aunt is older and does not follow financial transactions well, but still wanted to be involved with the process. It was emotional for my aunt to sell her condo, which made the process longer, but Trish and her team were able to navigate all of this very well. Because of Trish's knowledge in the area and her price point, we were able to generate 10 showings in 3 days, had 2 bids on the first day, and sold it on the 3rd day. She also did a fantastic job navigating some difficult situations with our buyer's lawyer. I highly recommend her as she knows the area well and was understanding of our circumstances.

Review Trish sold my parent's home in a sluggish market. It was a nice house, but they had been in it for fifty years, so it was out of date. Trish did a great job of marketing the house, and driving for an offer. She was creative, inventive, and attentive. I valued her professionalism and her knowledge of the market. But beyond her role as a realtor, she also helped all of us as a counselor and advisor at a time of major life transition--my parents moving to a retirement home, and me dealing with a houseful of stuff. Review Trish has an in-depth knowledge of the local area, and very good contacts for things to do update or prep a house for sale. She is diligent and develops a solid plan for the sale of the house. Our only challenge was that sometimes there were gaps in communication, which may have been exacerbated by he fact that we had left the area a couple of months into the selling process. Overall, Trish provides the knowledge and expertise to get the job done, which is extremely important in a market with the challenges the Chicago suburban market is facing currently.

It was an unusual circumstance in that we had to list our house within one day and get a contract on the house before the end of the week; and it was already Tuesday!!! Trish was amazing.
