Her whole team knows exactly what they are doing and our house was sold in a week. It was no surprise that we recommended her to my parents when they chose to relocate near my family during the pandemic. My parents have never moved before and were very intimidated by the process. I interviewed several agents before choosing Trish as my agent. She impressed me with her market analysis, right pricing and timing strategies, and back-up plans. She recommended some essential prep works (ex. partial paintings, decluttering, removing window screens), and optional prep works. She explained the whole process of selling to me in a clear-cut and reassuring way. I prepped my house within a month, and put it on sale in early March. It took 3 weeks to sell my house. More than 20 showings, and one open house were done. It was my first time to sell a house. I had many doubts and worries at the beginning, but Trish had been a great help in the whole process. She always kept a positive and inspiring attitude, and very responsive to my endless questions. We settled on selling our house at a much lower price than she had estimated. She was not available and often left her associate to communicate for her. Trish is at once low pressure and highly responsive, which I found to be a rare and valuable combination of traits in an agent. She operated according to our timeline, but when we were ready to go, always seemed to be a step ahead of us. As an example, we initially signed a listing agreement with Trish in the Fall of 2015, but after pictures had been taken and the listing prepared, decided we really weren't ready.
