She quickly found her real estate calling and is now considered to be one of the top short sale agents in all of MD, PA and WV. She works closely with the local Housing Counseling Agencies, Bankruptcy Attorneys and Court Mediators to better assist distressed homeowners. I had all but given up on selling my house because of a different realtors lack of drive. I then remembered Jason Carbaugh. So I called him and explained what was going on and he said he could help me. Well help me he did. Jason found a buyer within a 2 week period and helped me through the process of selling until the settlement was done.
