ZillowVERIFIED I recently closed on my first home with Trish Holt from Clear Choice Enterprises. Trish was an amazing broker and answered all of my questions about buying a house. My house search took a long time and there were a few false starts as I narrowed down what kind of home I wanted to buy. Through this long process, Trish was patient and kept reminding me that it was important to not just buy a house but to find the right home for me. She was also fantastic about setting up showings and pointing out things that would or would not work for my lifestyle. As a first-time home buyer, I felt confident with my decision when the right house finally came along. I would highly reccommmend Trish to anyone looking to buy a house, especially if you are buying for the first time.

ZillowVERIFIED We've bought and sold many properties over the years. This was our first time of using a realtor representing both seller and buyer. We had reservations, at first, thinking there may be an issue with fair representation for both parties but Trish impressed us from the first moment. She never ceased to impress, even after the sale was completed and extra help was needed tracking down service providers. She was more than willing to help, going the extra distance! Not only is she knowledgeable and professional, she's an excellent communicator; tenacious in tracking down information; one who considers a problem and quickly arrives at a solution, even when it cost her something to do so; she is readily available and cheerful...no matter the hour or day. We would highly recommend Trish and will happily seek her out again, if an oppurtunity presents itself in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Trish sold my Mom's house for me. She did an excellent job. The house sold within a couple days. She kept me informed on all aspects of the sale. She was helpful in obtaining individuals for a few repairs necessary for the sale & getting a radon system installed.

ZillowVERIFIED I was very pleased with the experience of having Trish Holt handle the listing and sale of my parents' home. First of all, she was very respectful of the difficult emotional aspect that comes with selling your parents' and your childhood home. Trish was also very skilled with marketing the home. She was able to attract multiple viewings and multiple offers in a short amount of time, which led to a quick sale of the home. I would not hesitate to use Trish again for any real estate needs in the future and would highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Trish was very helpful. I contacted her prior to listing my house. She gave good suggestions to make my house ready to sell. I was set to close the end of March and she made it happen even with COVID. I enjoyed working with her.

ZillowVERIFIED Trish was very personable, and helpful, both while buying a foreclosed home at auction and while selling our old home. We had several hiccups in the buying and selling processes that were out of all of our control, but she navigated through those expertly. Highly recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED Trish was great . Very helpful and very pleasant to work with. I have worked with real estate professionals in the past and not had very good experiences but Trish was great , when you call Trish she responds right away . ( not two days later ) . After I decided to purchase the property she had my paperwork to me the next day. It was a great working experience . I will use Trish in the future without a doubt .

ZillowVERIFIED Recently bought our first home and she was spectacular at her job. She was great at responding with any and all questions we had ( which was a lot being first time home buyers). She has a great personality. She was very patient with all the homes we looked at and very patient and great with us bringing our two kids along to the showings. She listens very intently on what kind of a home you are looking for to show you houses that are in the same description and price range you wanted. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

ZillowVERIFIED I recently worked with Trish to buy my first home in Western PA. Working with her was an absolute blessing. Trish made the home buying process (which I was incredibly anxious about) simple, understandable, and smooth. She has a wonderful personality, is incredibly attentive to your needs, even the ones you don't know about, and has knowledge that saved me on multiple occasions. After seeing the response times and knowledge levels of other realtors that we were dealing with I certainly felt lucky having Trish on my side. If you are buying or selling I Highly recommend giving Trish a call, you will not be disappointed!
