They video'd things we were interested in as we were 7 hours away. They were easy to get a hold of and went out of their way to negotiate the purchase of our new home. They then gave us names of contractors and local merchants to help us in preparing the property for occupancy. I would use them again in a heart beat.

ZillowVERIFIED Call no other! We've bought and sold 5 homes and never had a more knowledgeable, responsive agent as she. As a seller my initial suspicions are (from my prior home sales) that agents are of two types; those who want to 'lock in' commissions by listing and then explaining why you should reduce the price to expedite the sale, and the other, those who do nothing but take the listing hope the MLS generates activity. Not Trish. She knows her properties, their amenities, her buyers and her sellers. I wish she had a Florida doppelganger.
