Making sure I did not get taken advantage of and explaining EVERYTHING to me. When I was confused or had questions, she was right there to explain and answer all questions. Her knowledge of the areas and of the homes were spot on. She was always quick to respond, many times before I was even aware of any concerns. The most exhausting process is buying a home. And for someone who did it know a thing about the process, Trina made it so much simpler and helped me to find the house that was best for me. ZillowVERIFIED My dad is a disabled vet who suffers from P TSD and Dementia , going through the process of buying a home proved to be very challenging for him and myself to handle on our own. When Trina stepped in to help she took over everything, even corresponding with Veteran's United when we were not having much luck with them We spent 6 long months looking at homes,making offers and having deals fall through it was very discouraging but Trina's positive attitude refused to give up on us. She kept reminding us that the right house was waiting there and that we would definitely find it when the time was right And we sure did find it. Thanks to Trina, she had remembered a house that we had looked at previously that was still available so we put the offer in and got it! I would definitely recommend Trina as your realtor she is more than your average realtor she is very compassionate, very caring and goes to great lengths to help her clients her clients get treated like family.
