Mrs. Happer is by far the best realtor I have ever had! I had a rough start with the home buying process with my previous realtor. There were times I could not even reach him and he continued to waste my time showing me houses that did not fit my criteria. The process was so stressful that I decided to end the home buying process. A year later, I decided to try again and was referred by a family friend to Mrs. Happer. Mrs. Happer was extremely knowledgeable of the area, since she was born and raised here. I am not a native of Virginia, so her extra knowledge of traffic times, neighborhoods, school systems etc, was BEYOND helpful. Mrs. Happer went above and beyond and is STILL going above and beyond! She even went as far as picking up an 80 square foot rug of mine that was prematurely delivered to my address before we succesfully closed! She compiled lists of contractors and local handy men for me, and we are STILL in contact! When it is time to sell this home, or buy my second, I am going to NO ONE ELSE but her. She made a stressful process smooth as possible and she did not let the sellers or lender drag their feet during this process. I not only gained a great realtor but a real estate mentor as well!
