ZillowVERIFIEDShe not only showed me multiple houses she went out of her way to show me house that where a good distance from her! She did not push me to offer more money. She advised me to what was best when I ask and allowed me to make my choice for me. She made this experience pleasant and her upbeat awsome additude help relieve my stress when I lost the first house to being over bid! Her words were it wasn't meant for you and I'll find you your house. Here we are with an accepted offer and I'm super happy. Thanks Rachel you are truely a professional and fantastic agent. Not enough words to say how grateful I am for your help?

ZillowVERIFIED Tricia is a wonderful person and a very knowledgeable real estate agent. She listed our home for sale, and advised us on what improvements we needed to do, to increase the value of our home. We accepted a full price offer after just nine days. Although that was not the end of our real estate story, Tricia stayed in communication with us by email and text constantly. Tricia's honesty, professionalism and sense of humor makes her a great real estate agent to work with!

ZillowVERIFIED Tricia was very professional and transparent throughout the entire sales process. She absorbed the questions and issues with the seller's finance company so that we did not stress out on our side. She kept us informed timely throughout the entire process. We are very happy to have worked with a local agent who is very experienced on both sides of the sales process and who took priority of us as the buyers. Our house sold (with an offer well above asking price) in less than 48 hours after being listed! Thank you Tricia!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Tricia was the listing agent on the property we purchased. She provided a lot of info on the property and helped us go under contract within 2 days. I always have a million questions and she always had time for me. We chatted like old friends and her confidence definitely shined. She is very experienced and professional and great at what she does! We purchased hunting property and are not familiar with the area. Since our sale has closed, she continues to help me with referrals for services, and tips on all things local. She definitely goes above and beyond for us. I do know that the sellers we purchased from were repeat clients of hers, so she must be great with EVERYONE! This purchase was so important to us and I was nervous just calling the listing agent that Ive never met before, but those worries were erased within the first 2 minutes of speaking with Tricia! We are so blessed to have worked with her.

ZillowVERIFIED Tricia worked so hard to be sure we purchased the exact house in Reed City that was perfect for us. She made the whole process easy for us, from looking to closing on the house. She helped negotiate to be sure inspection deficiencies were taken care of and the electrician is one we will use again as needed. (She also gave us the most delicious cookies from the local bakery). She is the best!

ZillowVERIFIED Tricia is no doubt on top of her game! I have been in retail customer service management for decades and this young lady defines "Exceptional Customer Service" From the time I called to meet with her "Attention to detail and Focus" was Tricia's mission. No detail or question was left unanswered or misunderstood by either I (the seller) or by potential buyers. I was amazed at how quickly my home sold. Multiple offers within the first 3 days of listing! sold and had closing in less than two weeks total!Outstanding

ZillowVERIFIED We have been working with Tricia selling property. We decided to buy a new home so our first thought was to speak with Tricia. Before we met Tricia we would have contacted the sellers Realtor directly. I STRONGLY suggest having a Realtor represent the buyer! The sellers Realtor represents the seller NOT the buyer. Tricia is super helpful. She answers all our questions. We text regularly and she is always in contact with the banker, and everyone required to keep the transaction moving. She also has made everything transparent and effortless. Keep in mind the majority of this buying transaction was during the COVID-19 situation.Tricia is legendary in our area. Before we contacted her we asked several people for recommendations. Everyone had positive stories.

ZillowVERIFIED Tricia was so easy to work with. Knowledgeable about the area and the market. She helped us sell our lake cottage in the off season, we expected to have to relist it in the Spring. However, Tricia knew the right buyer for our property and made the sale.Tricia also smoothed the closing process for both the buyers and for us since we both reside outside MI.Highly recommend her.
