ZillowVERIFIED Tricia has been helping my husband and I buy a property in Katy. We are basically first time home-buyers (we've been in our same home for 30 years) and so need a lot of help navigating the process. She has been incredibly responsive in terms of meeting us at the property we have our eye on. She's met us there 3 times to look at the property and then met me there for contractor/AC inspections (pre-offer). She has done a fantastic job educating us about the local market and our house in particular. Hope this experience all turns out well, but regardless, it won't be for lack of trying on Tricia's part.
