I knew what I was looking for in a home, but hadn't found it on my own. Tricia Littell put a lot of energy looking for every exact thing I had on my list. At the time, I wasn't even sure if I could qualify for what I wanted, but because of her past experience in the mortgage industry, she gave me all of the details I needed to make it happen. She was a straight shooter and didn't just tell me what I wanted to hear. She told me all of the pros and the cons of each property in regards to my specific needs, so I wouldn't jump into something and then have regrets. I am so happy with my location and my home. She knows the Houston & Cypress area so well and was on point about everything I wanted. I have worked with agents before and none of them have ever come close to putting in the work like she does. She is a rare find and If I ever considered moving again, I would never consider using anybody else.
