I still cant believe all the things she did to get our house sold. We were out of state and she worked with repairmen, the city water department and problem solved anything that came up. I highly recommend Tricia Carlson!

ZillowVERIFIED Tricia is willing and able to book any house and showing you want. She is quick and responsive, usually 5-10 minutes for a booking. She also comes prepared with information on the house and can answer any question you have. Tricia got us a showing on a house within 2 hours of it going back on the market and helped us make an offer that same night. I would recommend Tricia for your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED When you want to sell your home you want someone who is as invested in the outcome as you are. You want Tricia Carlson. She led us through the process of signing her as our realtor honestly and with a clear understanding of the process. Then she marketed our home in a professional way including notifying our neighborhood, signs were placed and maintained, mls listing was prompt and accurate, professional pictures were taken and our listing included room measurements and a floor plan drawing. She also believes in Open Houses which shows she is willing to invest her time to find the right buyer for you. Her online campaign was so thorough that every time we went online we saw our listing advertised! We also got daily reports of how many people had shown interest. We could not be more pleased with the way she handled the sale of our home.

ZillowVERIFIED Tricia was a pleasure to work with as we were looking for a forever vacation home in the western Michigan area and we were from Chicago. She always made herself available and did a fantastic job both scheduling the houses that we wanted to see and throwing in a few surprise listings. Very good a keeping us updated throughout the entire home buying process. She went above and beyond when both us and sellers ran into some delays and did everything possible to insure all parties were satisfied. Her best qualities are that she is very informative on all aspects of of Real estate, a sales person who is "no pressure" and allows you to make the decision, but will offer guidance when necessary, and takes the time to learn the expectations of the client to insure that the client is not wasting time and energy on properties that do not fit the buyers profile. I would highly recommend working with Tricia and would certainly advise friends and family to use her services.

ZillowVERIFIED Tricia is honestly the right person to contact if you're looking for a home! My husband and I were looking for our first home and after dealing with another realtor that just wasn't doing much we decided to look for another realtor and we found Tricia and since day one she was always on top of everything from the showing of the home until the closing. If I ever had a question and if it were late or over the weekend she would always answer me back within a reasonable time frame. I truly recommend Tricia!

She was very professional in finding us a mortgage company that specializes in VA Loans. Tricia was there when ever I had a question and was quick with the answer. I will recommend Tricia to all friends and family that look for a house in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED I was looking for a house for my brother so he could move back to town close to his family. I found one that we liked and Tricia Carlson was the realtor. I called her and she met with me at that place. As soon as I met her and we talked, I felt so comfortable. She was very easy to talk to, and was knowledgeable. I decided to buy this place and Tricia made it a very easy process. Whenever I had a question or concern, she was easy to get a hold of and always was willing to help . Even on her days off, she would take the time to talk to me. I remember once she was out riding her bike and stopped just to take my call. She is very dedicated. I actually asked her to help me sell my house. I highly recommend her! Thanks Tricia!!

ZillowVERIFIED Tricia Carlson was very prompt in responding to our initial inquiry for information; this was after a very frustrating experience with several realtors who were unresponsive. Tricia showed us several properties spread over a fairly large area in northern Oceana County and southern Mason County, and amazingly managed to be within about a minute of her planned schedule...without making us feel rushed at all...and despite the fact that she was outside of the geographic area she normally covers. She was professional, prompt, courteous, perceptive and personable in her dealings with us and the other agents she interacted with in our presence.

ZillowVERIFIED Tricia is brand new in real estate, but we've been thrilled with the amount of help we received from her before she actually became our agent. In fact, her quick response to questions we had and the advice she gave convinced us that she was the real estate agent we needed. I left negotiation skills empty because we haven't needed that skill yet. We enjoy working with her very much.
