ZillowVERIFIED Tricia sold my house in Spring 2016 and she and her team were FABULOUS. As an out of state seller, I was dependent on Tricia to help me understand the market dynamics and help me with issues getting the property ready to show. She was great, with market stats that helped us set the correct price and a list of resources that is enormous and which I used with great success for everything from home repairs to carpet cleaning. She helped me stage the house to show well and then held near constant open houses to expose it to prospects. She was diligent in following up on every showing and giving me feedback. When we got close with the buyers she was able to take that one extra step and showed them the benefits of the local club. I never had a single issue with Tricia and she was responsive and communicated very well with me 1,000 miles away. I highly recommend her to you and am confident she will do a great job for you.

It was apparent all the way through the process that I had engaged with one of the best Realtors in the market. She was very prompt, knowledgeable, and pleasure to deal with. She was aggressive and provided much value to the entire negotiation process, we always felt we had an advantage with her on our side which was validated by a very fair purchase price on a highly sought after property. We did run into snags along the way from the sellers side, but they were all handled skillfully by Tricia. In the end we know we got much more value from dealing with Tricia and her husband Chris than we would have with pretty much any alternative. They went out of their way to make sure we were completely satisfied with our experience and even resolved after close issues that they had no obligation to do. I would not hesitate to use the Argabrite team again and highly recommend them.

ZillowVERIFIED Tricia was recommended by our Realtor back in Ohio even after we had already been to Tampa once and met with another Realtor months before. We were hesitant on switching but after we found out she was also from Ohio and had gone through what we were about to go through (moving from Ohio) made us feel more comfortable with her. My wife did most of the communication as to what we were looking for and came down over spring break with our boys in which Tricia took several days to spend with them and take them around to properties that we picked out as well as some that she thought we should see to get a good comparison of the different New Tampa areas. Over the course of several weeks including the time after our house had sold my wife would contact Tricia to go to a house to look at it and give us an impression and she would be onsite within hours providing feedback. It came down to where we only had a few days left to buy a house and once my wife found the one that had just came on the market, Tricia not only responded and was at the house within an hour or two but she did a Skype session with my wife to get a better perspective of the walkthrough. We purchased the home and was so thankful that we had Tricia to assist us. She was also hand in hand with us during the move obtaining updates and keeping us up to speed on pending changes and dates etc...Tricia is by far the Best Realtor in Tampa, you won't convince me otherwise.
