Our first realtor basically did nothing for us but when we were referred to Tricia, it was like a ray of sunshine that came in and made my husband and me feel hopeful again. Tricia took great pictures of our house and advertised it on multiple sites so that it could be seen from all around the surrounding areas. Granted it took a few months (due to the area) we finally had a person who was very interested in our house and ended up buying it...thanks to Tricia! Tricia put all her effort in to selling it! ZillowVERIFIED If you are looking for a flawless, no worry experience, look no further. If you are looking to have a stressful, horrible experience look just about anywhere else. After dealing with about 6 other realtors looking for home that would suit our family's needs, I was extremely frustrated and ready to give up. I had to do all the research on my own and was constantly chasing these other realtors to get any answers to my questions. All of that came to a sudden halt when we found Tricia. Her knowledge of real estate and the inner workings of it and the entire selling and buying process is second to none. I could rest easier knowing she truly has our best interest in mind and just wasn't out to make a quick buck and push us into buying something that wasn't truly what we needed. In the end our buying of our new home and selling of our old home went off without a hitch thanks to Tricia's diligence to the entire process and situation. I had the pleasure of working with Tricia on previous occasions both with selling and purchasing properties and knew if anyone could make this happen in todays market she could. We expected to pay a double mortgage for at least a year, but due to Tricia's expertise in advertising, knowing the market, and her astounding energy,( even during her own troubles with remodeling), she managed to sell our home and prevent us from having to even make 1 payment of a double mortgage.
