Keep in mind that our house was over 1 million so, as sellers, we understood we had eliminated most of buyers out there. Trey was straight forward and didn't just tell us what he thought we wanted to hear. When you are trusting such a big investment to someone, I wouldn't just pull a name out of a hat or call someone because you got a flier in the mail but use someone with a solid track record who sets your expectations correctly and assures they are met. I can't say enough about the attention to detail and honesty Trey provided. I WILL NOT use any other agent ever again...
