Trey went over and above to help us locate services for needed cleaning, painting and repairs including meeting workmen. We don't live close to the property, so having Trey to help with all the preparations was a Godsend. When we went to market, Trey kept us informed at every turn. He arranged for beautiful photos and advertised tirelessly. When our first contract fell through (no fault of Treys), he counseled us on moving forward and continued to market aggressively. Trey guided us through the closing process, making everything as easy and convenient for us as possible. There are a lot of real estate agents in the market, but for us and our family there will always only be Trey! 5 stars are not enough.

We wouldn't work with any other realtor. He stays engaged throughout the entire process and is consistently responsive. No question is "stupid;" he handles them all with grace, professionalism, and a good sense of humor. Trey utilizes an electronic platform where all documents are housed, electronically signed, and are efficiently transferred between parties; he makes the entire process seamless. He knows what's reasonable in terms of listing and negotiating and handles conflicts really well. Trey goes above and beyond what typical realtors do: the last house we purchased needed quite a bit of work, and it became the running joke that no matter what or who we needed, Trey always knew who to call; his tag line became, "I know a guy . . ." Anytime we need a realtor, Trey is who we call. No one else compares.

ZillowVERIFIED Trey is fantastic. I know at least 50 realtors, but choosing Trey was an easy choice. He has a great personality, and is super personable. Always felt he had my best interests at heart, and celebrated good things in my life. Regularly stayed in touch. He convinced a home seller to allow me to lease to own, not an easy sell. He assisted in home repairs through his connections. When things went sour during the lease to own situation, he was angry on my behalf, but always remained an adamant professional. Through his knowledge of real estate practices and the law, he negotiated a very reasonable exit of the lease to own situation, and provided moral support and guidance on the way. He provides services so good, you end up feeling like you owe him after the fact.

We needed confidence from a broker that the process would be handled properly and efficiently. We chose Trey because we knew he was a long term broker with vast experience. We gave him two requirements; sell our house before summer's end and provide us with a precise bottom-line profit margin. We would accept nothing else. Trey accomplished those objectives. From the start, his organization exhibited exceptional quality in their work. From the Unique sign in the yard, the writing of the listing, use of a professional photographer, and even mailing of picture postcards, all of those steps contributed to a smooth, quality operation. We had over 30 showings and 8 offers, some of which were over asking price. What more could a seller want. Trey is tops in his game.
