When we decided to sell our beloved home we knew we needed the best. Michael was an outstanding support in helping my partner and I buy our first home. He was thoughtful and responsive, while also being a strong advocate for us as we negotiated terms. He was also extremely knowledgeable in the area (we were looking at homes in the Catskills, around Hunter Mountain). Michael was proactive in keeping us updated on where we were in the buying process and giving us advice on our options to address sporadic challenges between our lawyer, mortgage lender, and the seller.
