He is obviously so experienced and we relied on his expertise and his thoughtful assessment of each property we viewed. He impressed us with his knowledge of the systems of a house and always checked out the HVAC, water heater, foundation, etc., often climbing up into the attic or crawl spaces and sending pictures and videos of units for us. Trevor and his team helped every step of the way with recommendations and advice and made the process as easy and pleasant as it could be, from renovations to staging to the sale. The house sold quickly, and we got a better offer than we'd hoped. They even ran point on things for us while we were out of the country for a week -- an event I was sure would delay everything, but didn't thanks to their help. I just purchased my first home so it was a daunting process. Trevor explained everything thoroughly, let me know how the process would go (fast at first, slower, then fast again towards closing), and kept me up to date up to the day of closing. Most impressively, we put an offer on a house that was being sold "As-Is" but Trevor was able to get the seller to agree to pay for over $17,000 in repairs. I had a pretty strict budget, and was ambitious about the location I wanted, which he respected but he also was sure to make me aware of every option that had certain aspects I mentioned I wanted in a home. We probably toured 3-4 places total over 2 months (there was extremely low inventory for my price point, and I was picky), but we landed on a home that checked EVERY box on my list. He worked fast to get an offer in and make it as competitive as possible with terms where my offer price may have lacked. We luckily won the house and he helped me with an extremely fast closing. He was so knowledgeable about the market and our location, and was ready to answer the phone of texts and advise me on the smallest things whenever I needed it. The decision we made was easy and was made based on his market knowledge, area knowledge, willingness to listen to our needs but mostly because he approached my wife and I as a consultant. He informed us of things we never wouldve thought of, made suggestions as to how to prep/renovate our home for sale (his suggestions cost us a third of what other realtors recommended) and never left any questions unanswered. No matter when we called, text, or emailed he followed up. I dont mean the next day or two, he always acknowledged us immediately with an answer or saying he was getting an answer for us. In his office, he is surrounded by a group of people that are as eager and knowledgeable as he is and they are as attentive as well.
