ZillowVERIFIED I found Trevor Bragg on online when I started doing research on finding a 55+ community in the Phoenix area. I had watched many videos and quite a few realtor were putting out informational videos. I selected Trevor based on his reviews and style. My wife and I live in MN and had set up a 10 day trip to meet with other friends in the area and were only going to "window shop" and see what the area had to offer. I reached out to Trevor and he replied quickly with a 55+ community guide that highlights the pros and cons of each community. It was followed up by a phone call to get a feel for our budget, lifestyle wants, needs, etc. This was back in November and we decided to touch base after the holidays. Trevor reached out to us to verify our end of January trip. We met with Trevor and he is a kind and respectful realtor, just like in his videos. He had a schedule of house showings in two communties that we had our choices narrowed down to. We ended up making an offer and he helped us negotiate a final offer that we were happy with. After they accepted our offer this is where Trevor started to really shine. He was a great communicator via text, email, and phone calls. We would send him our concerns and questions while going through the closing process which took a couple months for our home. Trevor had a wealth of knowledge and helped us with finding a home inspector (which paid for itself many times over by getting a repair list completed) insurance broker, painters, etc. We are so happy that we decided to trust Trevor from his online videos.
