He did promise anything but just simple stated what he has accomplished in the past. I really liked that about him. When i finally got my tenants out he took me a a video walk thru since i live out of state. My house was destroyed from the tenants and he connected me with a contractor that was honorable and fair priced. After work was complete he listed and 3 days later had an offer and closed with in a month. Great team and would walk you thru step by step. I would use him again any day.

I attempted to sell my house on and off for over 6 years with five different realtors and it never sold. Trenton gave me advice on what I needed to do to sell the home, and where the asking price should be. I followed his advice as I had the other realtors, but this time it was different. Trenton has a professional team in place that all makes it happen. ZillowVERIFIED I would not characterize my experience with Trenton as being positive. I was very unhappy that their policy is to solicit a single bid from their chosen contractor for any repairs recommended during a home inspection. Rather than giving me, the home owner, the report as soon as it was received, it was first sent to their contractor. By the time I received it I only had a few days left of our otherwise lengthy due diligence period to review and attempt to solicit bids of my own. This seems like an unethical way to direct business to a vendor they have a relationship with. I frequently felt that Dogwood was primarily concerned about their interests and not mine. I would not recommend business with them.

After meeting with him and learning about his local market experience, overall business integrity and growing success I decided to use him for my next RE project. I have to say that I'm nothing short of ecstatic with the whole process from start to finish. He helped me with contractor referrals, checked in with me on a regular basis to offer any assistance I might need and handled every aspect of the sale of my rehab property once it was ready to return to the market. It has been a while since I lived in the Fayetteville, NC area but Trenton made me feel welcomed from Day 1 and gave me the red carpet treatment as I was trying to sell my home. Trenton made sure to maximize the potential sale of one of my rental homes in the area and could immediately tell he had a running synchronizing system that helped! I was a little nervous being out-of-state but Trenton and his staff took care of all the tasks that needed to be taken care of from simple lawn maintenance to the inspection report fixer upper issues that needed to be taken care of with the contractors - all without a hitch and made the closing process run smoothly. ZillowVERIFIED I do not leave reviews often. When I do, it's because the individual I am reviewing has displayed a traditional, moral, and professional aptitude for business. Trenton Reid provided a truly memorable experience. I realize I am only reviewing a Real Estate Agent, but I do believe the experience is memorable. First, I'd like to say the entire process was very easy. It was not without hiccups, but when there were issues Trenton resolved them very quickly. He had a team of professionals that he would call when there were issues and they were responsive to his requests. He was very moral in his dealings with us and that is something that is hard to find; especially in a Real Estate Agent. When we first met him to see our house he was very forthcoming about everything he knew about that was wrong with the house. He did not try to hide anything or pull the wool over our eyes. I appreciated his honesty and I think that is something that is terribly hard to find these days. He recommended us to an excellent Mortgage Broker that was very knowledgable and equally as honest. Once we put the house on contract his team had scheduled inspections the next day. We had all the proper inspections on the property within one week. The long part was waiting for the bank and VA. From the time we met Trenton to see the property, until the time we closed, it had only been four weeks. The night before closing we had a walk through of the property with Trenton and the General Contractor that had done the repairs on the property. The contractor was more than happy to show us the repairs he'd made and consult with us on future remodeling we want. In conclusion I am truly thankful to Mr. Reid. He did his duties with an expert touch. He made a very difficult process very easy. And we now have a beautiful home for a fair price. We love our house.
